Co-administration of 20 mg piperine increased curcumin bioavailability by 2,000% in rats and humans with no adverse effects reported. The most cited study on curcumin absorption.

At Gallora, creating elite birds without antibiotics is not an ideological choice — it's a requirement of our genetic program. We needed robust nutritional support that works preventively across all phases: growth, reproduction, post-vaccination, and molting.
Erval was born from this need. We developed it, refined it, and used it on our own flocks across multiple cycles before making it available to other breeders.
"The formula is ours. What we share is what it does for the birds — and the results speak for themselves at Gallora."
— Gallora, Betim/MG
Ingredients with studied properties. The combination and proportion are ours.
Curcumin (Curcuma longa), allicin (garlic) and spirulina are among the most studied ingredients in avian nutrition for immune modulation. The blend combines these with other compounds to support the birds' natural defenses throughout the productive cycle.
Oregano (carvacrol + thymol), thyme and guaco (Mikania glomerata) are a studied combination for supporting airway mucosal integrity in birds. The blend includes herbs with expectorant and mucolytic action, particularly relevant during cold periods, molting, and post-vaccination phases.
Ginger (gingerols), oregano and flaxseed (omega-3) support gut microbiota, intestinal integrity and feed conversion. Better digestive health translates to more efficient nutrient absorption and improved yolk pigmentation and shell quality.
Annatto (beta-carotene), spirulina (carotenoids) and fenugreek support yolk pigmentation, feather sheen and natural hormonal balance in breeding birds. Particularly relevant in elite genetics programs where visual quality is part of the selection criteria.
Mixed directly into the base feed. No special preparation required.
| Phase / context | Inclusion | Reference (10 kg feed) |
|---|---|---|
| Daily preventive maintenance | 0,5% | 50 g |
| Growth & active reproduction | 1,0% | 100 g |
| Preventive reinforcement Cold, molting, post-vaccine | 1,5% | 150 g max. 7 consecutive days |
Recommended protocol: Use in 45–60 day cycles with 15-day intervals. Avoid uninterrupted use for more than 90 days. Storage: dry, ventilated place, protected from light and moisture. Validity: 6 months from manufacturing date.
Antibiotic-free systems require robust preventive support. Erval was formulated for this context: it's not a substitute for antibiotics — it's what comes before needing them.

Supplement is not medicine
Medicines treat diseases. Phytotherapeutic supplements support the normal physiology of birds — the systems that, when functioning well, allow the organism to maintain its natural balance.
Erval is used in daily management as part of quality nutrition — before any problem arises. Like a quality feed that supports growth, Erval supports immunity, respiration and digestion: normal physiological functions. The legal notice below is required by law for any product not registered as a veterinary medicine with MAPA.
This product is an artisanal phytotherapeutic supplement for animal use only. It is NOT a veterinary medicine registered with MAPA. It does not prevent, treat or cure diseases. It does not replace veterinary supervision or vaccination. If your flock shows signs of illness, consult a licensed veterinarian immediately. Preventive supplementation should be part of a complete biosafety and veterinary monitoring program.
